as it should be –
Senior College is learning in a relaxed, non-competitive setting. I love that!
Information About Fall 2020 Classes
August 2020 ~ Hello to all York County Senior College Members and Supporters! Classes will begin the week of September 14.
It is time to start thinking about fall classes. We have been working on the planning and scheduling of our fall semester, 2020. It will be a different experience. The organizing of these classes has been complicated and time consuming. Your Curriculum Committee has put in many hours of work researching and getting everything ready for you all to see the course offerings and register for classes.
Our plan is to have a few in person on-site classes to be held outdoors in the early fall. In addition, we are planning a number of on-line Zoom classes. In the next week or so we will be emailing the exact schedule and course descriptions for the outdoor classes. The notice for Zoom classes will be sent the week after. Once you receive the respective emails, registration will begin for those classes.
- All registrations must be mailed to us via Post Office regular mail.
- Payment for classes can only be by check.
- Many of you have credit with YCSC due to the cancelled Spring classes, which you may apply against the current enrollment.
- You must be an active member of Senior College in order to register for a class. If you paid your dues for the 2019-2020 year, we have extended your membership to cover the 2020-2021 year. If you were not a member for 2019-2020, please include your $25 membership fee with your registration.
